Qualification:
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering or formal qualification in business management, leadership or other relevant discipline
Work experience:
- 5 years or more with experience in complex project delivery roles in rolling stock repair and maintenance particularly in Locomotives.
- Knowledge and understanding of best practice asset management including ISO55000 and extensive demonstrated knowledge of best practice project management systems and methodologies including ISO9001.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse, interpret and present complex data in a way that is clear and easy to understand.
Qualification:
- University degree in Mineral Processing; Metallurgical/Chemical Engineering;
Work experience:
- 10 years’ mining process plant operations experience in base or precious metals specializing in mineral processing
