Qualification:

1. University degree in Mineral Processing; Metallurgical/Chemical Engineering;
   
   

Work experience:

1. 10 years’ mining process plant operations experience in base or precious metals specializing in mineral processing
   
   

Specific Job Responsibility

1. Develop, review and implement lab and mill operating procedures;
2. Monitor and evaluate performance and when required, conduct test/survey programs to improve mill / mine throughput, recovery and costs;
3. Identify and promote continuous plant / mine improvement in order to achieve and surpass KPIs
4. Prepare daily shift process balances, required operational reports and guidelines for operators;
5. Manage mill metallurgical lab and site assay lab.

General Responsibility:
