Qualification:

Qualification:a.University degree in Mineral Processing; Metallurgical/Chemical Engineering;

Work experience:a.10 years’ mining process plant operations experience in base or precious metals specializing in mineral processing

Specific Job Responsibility

a.a.Develop, review and implement lab and mill operating procedures;

b.Monitor and evaluate performance and when required, conduct test/survey programs to improve mill / mine throughput, recovery and costs;

c.Identify and promote continuous plant / mine improvement in order to achieve and surpass KPIs

d.Prepare daily shift process balances, required operational reports and guidelines for operators;

e.Manage mill metallurgical lab and site assay lab.

General requirement:

➢Knowledge of Computer proficiency utilization Microsoft Suite Software (word, excel, outlook, power-point and other applicable software)

➢Ability to read and comprehend plans and specifications

➢Fluency in English language (written and spoken) is desirable.

➢Assist the project team with site safety documentation and coordination

➢Identify risks and present mitigation measures by developing and maintaining safe work procedures, essential aspects for health, safety and the environment.General Responsibility:

➢Under instruction of superiors, coordinate and perform other activities that are assigned to him/her from time to time and gives necessary support;

➢The selected candidate has to abide by the safety and other ICVL policies and procedures.

Qualificações:

1. Licenciatura ou Diploma em Engenharia ou qualificação formal em Gestão Empresarial, Liderança ou outra disciplina relevante;
   
   

Experiência Profissional:

1. 5 anos ou mais de experiência em funções complexas de execução de projectos de reparação e manutenção de material circulante, especialmente em locomotivas;
2. Conhecimentos e compreensão das melhores práticas de gestão de activos, incluindo a norma ISO55000, e conhecimentos comprovados dos melhores sistemas e metodologias de gestão de projectos, incluindo a norma ISO9001
3. Capacidade demonstrada para analisar, interpretar e apresentar dados complexos de uma forma clara e de fácil compreenção.
