In the village of Mboza, 272 houses were built (according to the resettlement law in force in Mozambique) with 3 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom, a total built area of 97m2. Each family's backyard area is 40m x 20m, with enough space for the main house and patio for family leisure.

Mboza Health Center (Hospital Type II)
Was built a health center type II, which his design is according the Mozambique law. The health center is an area of about 10000m2 which consists on the following items, an internal medicine facility, general medicine room, treatment room, material closet room, maternity block with 3 beds and a ward; Laboratory and pharmacy, a block of public washrooms, a dedicated water tank, electricity supply, surrounding wall around the plot of land and, two type-2 houses for health personnel (80m2 each).

Mboza Resettlement Primary School
Primary school with facilities to absorb students from the 1st to the grade 7th with addition block of secondary school was constructed at Mboza resettlement village. As per the planned purposes, the primary school consists of six blocks of classes (total area = 10000m2) with the following: 10 classes, 1 administrative block, with 4 offices for the General Director, Administrative Director, administrative staff, teachers and general meetings, The school's infrastructure also includes: one block of two classrooms for secondary school, a block of library and a block of washrooms.

Police Post

Office of woman and Social Assistance
An office of woman and social assistance was constructed at Mboza resettlement to accommodate the woman´s domestic violence and resolution of social concerns, such as orphans, abandoned children.

Four churches of four different congregations were constructed to benefit the resettlement of 272 families to Mboza area.

Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Roads
About Sixteen (16) kilometers of dirt roads were opened in the resettlement village composed by Primary, Secondary and tertiary roads to allow connections from all 272 houses to the social infrastructures. Asphalting of interior section of 1.1 kilometer from the main road N7 to the entrance of the Mboza Village, ended with a roundabout.

One electric power system composed by approximately 5km of the media line, a power system consisting of about 5 kilometers of medium voltage line at 33kv, 06 to 10 transformation poles of 160 KVA, and approximately 12 kilometers of public lighting and low voltage network.
Water system
Water flow and system has been completely tested in all taps of entire resettlement village which shown very good pressure of water coming out. A system consisting of 18.2km pipeline extension, a water pressure boosting station with all the control panels, a main concrete tank with capacity of 300 m3 was built. From the boreholes area, water is pumped to intermediary reservoir with pumps (booster station) and from the booster station water is pumped to the main reservoir at the resettlement village.
In final, from the main reservoir (located in the resettlement village) water will be distributed by gravity to all streets in the village through a reticulated distribution system. Local residents will connect water from the reticulated network of pipes throughout the village and each family can channel it to their own home if they wish. Water flow has been tested positively from the caption area at the boreholes up to the taps at the houses in Mboza resettlement.
